It Ergo Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

ERGO (ERGO Group) is a group of insurance companies owned by Munich Re. ERGO is one of the largest insurance groups in Europe. It operates in over 30 countries, especially in Europe and Asia. In Europe, ERGO claims to be number 1 in the health and legal expenses insurance segments, and in its home market of Germany it is among the market leaders. It has over 40,000 full-time employees.

A former employee shares his experience on, "Did you ever see the movie 'Glengarry Glen Ross?' Yep, Ergo is a LOT like that. Awful management, no support, no structure, no training. A shotgun approach to everything. First, you're thrown in at the deep end, then you're thrown under the bus."

James says

"I was in a live chat and they were extremely rude. I dont want to sound entitled but i asked a few simple questions about the services and I was just told to go away. They may or may not be a real service but now i know that i will never be purchasing here at all. i see that the other reviews are positive but whoever i was speaking with was very very rude. Edit: I was asking about delivery speeds and such. I could not find anything solid on that. I have bad eye sight and have a hard time reading on mobile devices. I do not know what his is talking about in his response."
